Active Kids Logan Central is a beautiful centre that has created many early childhood memories in the community over its 45 years of service. Our team of Educators are qualified, experienced and passionate about providing quality education and care for children and families. They work hard to develop warm and nurturing environments where children and families feel welcome and pride themselves on creating a safe, stimulating environment to create meaningful experiences for your child every day.

Goverment Approved Kindergarten Program
Our Kindergarten Program runs 5 days per week with a Bachelor Qualified Early Childhood teacher. We engage our local primary schools to ensure we are supporting the children’s transition to school to a high standard. Our educational programs are based upon the Early Years Learning Framework and Queensland Kindergarten Guidelines. They have a strong emphasis on supporting positive relationships between children, families and educators that establish long lasting links to the wider community. With a focus on the natural environment, our daily programs offer children a wide range of exciting learning opportunities that supports them to develop at their own pace.

Meet Our Manager
My passion for early childhood came from being a mum of 8 beautiful children. My favourite part of being in Early Years Sector is seeing the growth and development of our little ones, setting the foundations for children’s learning and allowing children to have a voice as they develop and learn, empowering them to be resilient and confident adults in the future.
I believe the key to success for the growth and development of our children is being open minded, supportive, nurturing, empowering and empathetic.
Our Logan team strive to providing a welcoming, safe and fun learning environment for your child, from ensuring they feel supported and nurtured as they discover, learn and play.
I believe in creating an open and trusting relationship with families, creating opportunities for my team and encouraging community involvement within our centre.
